Badania kliniczne
Skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo terapii Alpha-Stim® potwierdzono w ponad 100 badaniach, czyli w większej liczbie niż w przypadku większości leków. Warto mieć na uwadze, że badania dotyczące technologii Alpha-Stim® mają niezależne źródła finansowania. Źródła te obejmują amerykańskie Narodowe Instytuty Zdrowia (National Institutes of Health), Narodowy Instytut Raka (National Cancer Institute), Departament Obrony (Departament of Defense) i Departament ds. Weteranów (Departament of Veterans Affairs).
Oprócz aktualnie trwających badań firma EPI przeprowadziła również ankiety wśród lekarzy i pacjentów stosujących terapię Alpha-Stim®. 47 lekarzy zgłosiło wyniki terapii przeprowadzonych u 500 pacjentów w 22 kategoriach diagnostycznych. Na podstawie tego badania ankietowego powstała 50-stronicowa analiza opublikowana w książce "The Science Behind Cranial Electrotherapy Stinulation dr. Daniela L. Kirscha.
Pod poniższym linkiem zamieszczona została rewizja literatury naukowej i klinicznej dotyczącej terapii MET i CES przy użyciu Alpha-Stim M. Przedstawiono tam dane kliniczne, skuteczność i korzyści płynące ze stosowania, a także ewentualne ryzyko. Raport został przygotowany w celu przedstawienia danych dotyczących Alpha -Stim M takich jak: status prawny, historia, mechanizmy, procesy leczenia i przegląd badań z podsumowaniami graficznymi i opatrzonymi komentarzami oraz zorganizowanych według metodologii badań i badanych zmiennych, takich jak RCT lub otwarte badanie lęku, bezsenności, depresji i/lub ból.
